Medical group strives to provide our patients with the most
affordable care allowed. Our office evaluates our fees within
our geographical region and are competitive with the fees of
other physicians in the North Dallas area.
Our office accepts
most insurance plans. We will be happy to file the claim forms
necessary to see that you receive full benefits of your
coverage, however, we can make no guarantee of any estimated
coverage. Because the insurance policy is an agreement between
you and the insurance company, we ask that all patients be
directly responsible for all charges. Our staff will verify
your benefits at the time of service. You will be responsible
for any co-payments, deductibles, coinsurance, or non-covered
services at the time of service. Please know that we will do
everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of
your policy. If for any reason, your insurance company has not
paid their portion within 60 days from date of treatment, you
will be responsible for payment at that time. It is the
patients full responsibility to inform our staff of any changes
or terminations to your insurance policy, if this information is
not provided the patient will be responsible for any charges
rendered during that period of time.
Private
Payment
We welcome private
payment. Our staff will inform you of any additional charges
above the cost of the office visit that will be accrued during
your visit. Payment will be expected at the time the service is
rendered. If you have any questions or would like to discuss
payment options, please ask to speak with our office manager.
